These requirements ensure the safety, wellbeing, and quality of support provided to all participants.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide clinical care, administer medications, and support participants with complex health needs.


Current registration with AHPRA

Minimum 2 years clinical experience in community care, disability, or acute care

Knowledge of medication administration, wound care, and complex procedures

Enrolled Nurse (EN)

Deliver hands-on nursing care under supervision, assisting participants with health and daily needs.


Current registration with AHPRA

Experience in disability, aged care, or community health preferred

Competence in basic nursing procedures, vital signs, and medication support

Disability Support Worker (DSW)

Support participants with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and community engagement.


Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services

Experience in disability or personal care preferred

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Admin Staff

Support the smooth running of operations, manage participant records, schedules, and customer service tasks.


Experience in office administration or customer service

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Excellent organisational and communication skills
